The second those May flowers pop up, so do the pollinators. Our new Beekeeper's Saison lets the agrarian roots of honey beer shine through with a pound of light amber honey. This Saison embodies the history of farmhouse brewing with traditional pilsner malt, noble hops, and classic French Saison yeast. Saisons have a tolerance for higher fermentation temperatures, and can even get better the warmer they ferment! The notes of black pepper, exotic spice, a long dry finish, and boastful fruity yeast aromatics make this a real Spring and Summer treat - for you, not the bees.

What welcomes Spring more than a jaunt around the maypole? A Maibock. Traditionally consumed in May to celebrate the return of Summer and Spring, this delicious beer is packed with fresh, clean pilsner malt flavor and layered with a smattering of Munich malt, this lager is then bittered just enough to balance the malt sweetness and fermented with a clean, crisp and relatively attenuative classic German lager strain. The result is a deep golden beer with a dense and lasting white foam head, and a complex flavor profile with moderately high alcohol content.

Who knows about warm weather better than the Southern hemisphere? This exotic IPA uses exclusively New Zealand hops for an in-your-face hop burst in a West Coast-style beer. The big, but uncomplicated malt cleanly fermented with a clean American Ale yeast sets the stage and then stays out of the way of the ensuing lupulin circus. Flavors and aromas of sticky tropical fruit, lime oil, equatorial flowers, Tellicherry peppercorns - underpinned with an undeniable earthy funk - all come together in this celebration of the southern hemisphere harvest.
