This Heavy Duty fabric's abrasion resistance and durable construction make it a top-performing choice for rugged applications. It is synthetic 2 x 2 basket weave fabric which provides a rough fabric texture that is puncture and tear resistance. It is equivalent to a Black 1680 Denier Ballistic Nylon. Yes, it may get fuzzy as it wears which adds character to what will be a well-loved surf bag.
